Prerequisite skills

Shift working/US shift timing

ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator

Core Skills:

- ArcGIS Enterprise portal administration and content lifecycle management
- ArcGIS API for Python for scripted administration
- Service publishing via ArcPy and REST Admin API
- Windows Server 2022 and IIS administration
- Okta SAML basic configuration support
- ArcGIS Monitor alert configuration and baseline monitoring

Responsibilities:

- Execute portal content migration scripts, recreate group structures, and apply content labels and categories across environments
- Publish, validate, and troubleshoot map services across SIT, UAT, Training,



and Support environments using automated publishing tools
- Register and verify Oracle ATP database connections in each ArcGIS setting
- Provision user accounts, assign roles, and configure group memberships for all project and business user teams
- Manage GIS workstation software profiles and ensure ArcGIS Pro 3.5/3.6 deployments are configured correctly
