Role & Responsibilities:

We are hiring an experienced AWS Cloud Full Stack Developer / Amazon Connect Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, Java/J2EE or Node.js, AWS services, and REST API integration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable cloud-based contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, integrate, and support Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions.
- Develop scalable backend applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
- Build and integrate cloud solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon S3, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, SNS, and SQS.
- Configure and customize Amazon Connect Contact Flows, IVR workflows, and contact center integrations.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs and web services.
- Develop and maintain serverless and cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect, APIs, Lambda functions, and application integrations.
- Implement secure API integrations using appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Participate across the complete SDLC, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, highly available, and optimized for performance.
- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, and production issue management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, cloud teams, application developers, and contact center teams.




- Follow Agile/Scrum practices and maintain clear technical documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of overall IT/Application Development experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in cloud/application development.
- Robust hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Mandatory.
- Strong development experience in Java/J2EE and/or Node.js.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and related AWS services.
- Strong experience in developing and consuming REST APIs / RESTful Web Services.
- Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flows, IVR, CTI, or cloud contact center integration is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Microservices, Serverless Architecture, Cloud Application Development, and API Integration.
- Experience with databases such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, or NoSQL databases will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Maven/Gradle, Agile, and Scrum is desirable.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune are preferred.
