Job Summary

Animator and Visual Designer - Bangalore Serein is looking for an Animator and Visual Designer to create e-learning courses, demos and other learning content that people actually want to use. The job is to turn ideas, scripts and course material into clear, engaging visual experiences through animation, interaction, design and storytelling.

It is a role that mixes creativity with practicality. You will work with product, design, content, sales and marketing teams to create learning experiences that are polished, useful and enjoyable.

What you will do

- Create animations and visual designs for e-learning courses and demos
- Help build learning experiences that are interactive, gamified, and visually engaging
- Turn scripts, ideas, and course content into clear and interesting learning journeys
- Use animation and design to make learning feel more active and less static
- Support the creation of gamified learning elements that improve attention, participation, and learner interest
- Design visuals that make lessons easier to follow, more enjoyable, and more memorable
- Work with the product team to build better and more interactive learning experiences
- Work with other designers to keep the quality and style of the work strong
- Work with the content team to make sure the visuals support the learning goals
- Work with the sales and marketing team on demos, teaser assets,



and presentation material
- Suggest new ideas to make courses more engaging, interactive, and visually fresh
- Think of new ways to make learning feel more immersive and well-designed
- Adjust your work based on the learner, client, project, or format
- Make sure the final work is polished, clear, interactive, and ready on time
- Manage multiple tasks and deliverables without losing quality

What we are looking for

- 1-2 years of experience in animation, visual design or a related field
- A robust portfolio that shows animation, design or visual storytelling
- Experience in e-learning, explainer videos, education, or digital content is a plus
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Claude, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design and animation software, with the ability to quickly adapt to Serein's internal tools, software, and workflows
- The ability to turn ideas and course material into engaging visual experiences
- A good grasp of layout, colour, typography, animation and visual balance
- Fresh ideas and a willingness to improve the work
- Good time management and close attention to detail
- An organised, responsible approach to owning projects
