Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide secure and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgeries and other medical procedures.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations by reviewing the patient's medical history, physical condition, and laboratory reports.
- Develop individualized anesthesia plans based on the patient's health and the type of procedure.
- Continuously monitor vital signs during surgery and adjust anesthesia as needed to ensure patient safety.
- Provide anesthesia support for emergency surgeries, labor and delivery, endoscopy, and other procedures as required.
- Work closely with surgeons, physicians, intensivists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Participate in ICU and critical care management when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and clinical guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques,



and best practices in anesthesiology.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
- 05 years of experience in Anesthesiology or Critical Care (fresh postgraduates are also welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong focus on patient safety, quality care, and ethical medical practice.
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with the latest developments in anesthesiology.

Location: Rajasthan, Odisha, UP, Punjab, MP, Chhattisgarh
