Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Analog Circuit Design Engineer with 8+ years of relevant experience in analog circuit design and development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, simulating, optimizing, prototyping, and validating analog circuits for complex electronic systems.

The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Analog Circuit Design.
- Lead and manage the team to deliver analog circuit design projects effectively.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and provide solutions to complex design challenges.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Design, develop, simulate, and optimize analog circuits based on project requirements.
- Perform circuit analysis with a focus on noise, signal integrity, power efficiency, and thermal performance.
- Develop and review detailed circuit design and technical documentation.
- Support prototyping, hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate analog circuits into complex electronic systems.
- Identify design issues and implement effective technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure analog designs meet overall system and project requirements.




- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, quality, and project timelines.

Required Technical Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Analog Circuit Design.
- Robust knowledge of analog circuit design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, LTspice, PSpice, Cadence, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of noise reduction and signal integrity analysis.
- Experience in optimizing circuits for power efficiency and thermal management.
- Hands-on experience with analog hardware prototyping and testing.
- Experience in circuit validation, debugging, and performance analysis.
- Ability to integrate analog circuits into complex electronic systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good technical documentation and communication skills.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to work as a technical SME and provide direction to the engineering team.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong ownership of technical decisions and project deliverables.
- Ability to review designs and provide constructive technical feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in areas such as analog hardware design, signal conditioning, amplifiers, filters, ADC/DAC interfaces, power management, sensor interfaces, mixed-signal systems, or analog front-end design will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of relevant Analog Circuit Design experience.
- Must be willing to work from Bangalore office.
- Must have 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on design and technical leadership experience is preferred.
