PURPOSE To develop and deliver AMOS training to the ASL end user community.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develops AMOS Training programs for all departments using AMOS. These courses will be classroom, self-help and computer based via the ASL Learning Academy.
- Develops AMOS training documentation for use by end users on training courses.
- Develops and manages Work Place Instructions (WPIs) and Business Processes, alongside Key AMOS Users.
- Develops AMOS training data to be used by end users on training courses.
- Works with the ACC Specialist and AMOS Admins to deliver new functions and programs and create new training plans for these new functions.
- Acts as the point of contact for all AMOS training requests.
- Carries out AMOS project related workstream task allocations.
- Creates and delivers presentations as requested.
- Maintains competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility; the company will facilitate this process.
SUCCESS CRITERIA
Qualifications:
- Qualification in administration preferred
- MS Office proficient
- Proficient in English
- Deep AMOS knowledge of 5+ years
Experience:
- Experience in an Aircraft Maintenance role and training delivery is preferred
