Validate and evaluate data/records from time to time.
Gather data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and online research tools. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
CRM Maintaining
Coordination with Team and Internal Departments
Reports and Files preparing as well as maintaining
Handling Email communication with internal team and stakeholders An Ideal candidate shall be:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Valuable internet browsing, web/data research, and MS Excel skills.
Strong data generation skills
Energetic data research skills
Knowledge of google workflow and various directories to fetch accurate data
Decent knowledge of the latest technologies and trends.
Knowledge about professional networking sites – LinkedIn, Xing, Yellow pages, ZoomInfo, etc.
Create and manage e-mail campaigns
Experience of working with IT/Hardware/Software domain
Good to have tool experience like CRM, automation (like Pardot, Zoho Campaign) and others.
Positive communication skills both written as well as oral.
