AI Product Developer – Business AutomationAbout the Role

We are looking for an AI Product Developer who can build practical AI-powered solutions for businesses that have repetitive, time-consuming, or manual processes.

The goal is to understand a business problem, identify opportunities for automation, and develop an end-to-end AI product that can reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and save costs.

What You Will Do

- Understand business workflows and identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions for real-world businesses.
- Build AI chatbots, AI agents, workflow automation, and business assistants.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.
- Work with APIs, WhatsApp, email, CRM, Google Sheets, databases, and other business tools.
- Develop RAG-based solutions when businesses need AI to work with their own documents/data.
- Build MVPs quickly and convert successful MVPs into scalable SaaS products.
- Create backend APIs and integrate AI workflows with existing business systems.
- Test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions.
- Work directly with the product/business team to convert customer problems into working solutions.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Python, FastAPI/Flask, Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents is a plus.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of databases,



cloud platforms, authentication, and REST APIs.
- Robust problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to understand a business process and think: "Can AI automate this?"
- Comfortable building products from scratch and working in an early-stage/startup environment.

What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only writes AI prompts or connects an LLM API.

We need a product-minded AI developer who can take a business problem such as:

Manual customer enquiries → AI chatbot

WhatsApp orders → AI order processing

Manual appointment booking → AI booking assistant

Invoice/document processing → AI extraction & automation

Customer follow-ups → AI-powered automated follow-up

Daily reporting → AI-generated reports

…and turn it into a working, production-ready product.
