We are looking for experienced AI Engineers to join at TCS . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AI/GenAI development, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, AI integrations, and production deployment .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into applications and services.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , and related techniques.
- Develop prompts, chains, and orchestration logic for GenAI use cases.
- Integrate AI models and services through APIs into broader solution landscapes.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable AI components following engineering standards.
- Implement AI evaluation, testing, and guardrails for AI outputs.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI features in production.
- Collaborate on CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps practices for AI workloads.
- Work closely with product owners, engineers, and data teams to translate use cases into AI solutions.
- Apply Responsible AI, safety, and governance considerations in design and delivery.
- Participate in technical design discussions, refinement, and reviews.




- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI engineering practices and reusable patterns.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java/.NET/Node.js .
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, and prompt engineering .
- Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain .
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases .
- Experience integrating AI services and APIs such as Azure OpenAI .
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, and Responsible AI practices .
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, and cloud platforms .
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI/GenAI delivery.
- Experience integrating LLMs, GenAI, or ML models into production applications.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments .

Good to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI, orchestration, and multi-model solutions .
- Familiarity with model governance and AI risk management .
- Experience with fine-tuning and model optimization .
- Experience working with global teams and distributed delivery models.
