Account Coverage & Customer engagement

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Institutionalize Operating Plan in the circle to drive Segment KPIs including strategic initiatives and productivity across sales teams and partners - Roll out standard City reach plan & show differentiation in the top town coverage – Design

Deliver GTM as per the Coverage norms - 5 Productive CPs / CSM

Not more than 10% to be Dormant CPs

Infrastructure as per set norm for Physical Reach
