ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•To effectively interface with user departments on their maintenance needs.

- To demonstrate ability to liaise with regulatory authorities for all utility services & ensure compliance to life and fire safety regulations. Including building utilities which includes Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Civil, Fire Detection, PA system etc.
- To ensure NABH compliance & quality audits.
- To review and monitor patient priorities & take necessary action
- To ensure planned and timely progress and completion of commissioning activities.
- To ensure timely action on trouble shooting of equipment.
- To ensure drawings and time schedules are followed.
- To ensure planned and predictive maintenance systems are in place.
- To ensure timely Quality Audit, electrical and fire safety audits




- Provide training and guidance to subordinates.
- To plan & budget for maintenance activities and operate within budgeted costs.
- To ensure minimum downtime for all utilities.
- To ensure adequate spares inventory level in the stores.
- To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
- To comply with patient safety policy.
- To ensure secure utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
