Onsite – JM Road, Pune | Full time

React | MERN Stack | Data Science | Data Analytics | Python Full Stack | Cloud & Devops with placement support and career guidance.

We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Admission / Career Counsellor to drive student enrollments through meaningful engagement, personalized counselling, and strategic business development.

Freshers not eligible – Experience in an IT training institute is mandatory.

- Key Responsibilities

· Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and online inquiries · Conduct tele-counselling to guide students to the right course

· Generate new inquiries via cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups

· Achieve monthly admission targets through structured follow-up

· Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission data using CRM/internal systems

· Build strong relationships and ensure a positive enrollment experience

- Mandatory Requirements

Prior experience in IT training institute counselling / Ed-tech admissions Proven track record of meeting sales/admission targets





Excellent communication in English + Hindi/Marathi

Strong persuasion, negotiation & follow-up skills

Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses

Basic computer literacy & familiarity with CRM tools

Self-driven, energetic, and team-oriented

Not Considered / Not Relevant -->

> School or college admission counselling

> Psychological counselling or therapy roles

> Teaching / academic instruction roles

Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in any field (BE/BTech/BCA/B.Sc preferred)

· Diploma/Certification in Sales, Marketing, Counselling is a plus

· Knowledge of IT/tech courses or industry trends will be an added advantage
