BPO HR - JD--- Role & responsibilities

· Hands-on of Bulk Hiring, Mass Hiring, Mass hiring.

· Taking interviews, hiring through references, should be having own connections to hiring candidates.

· Should have knowledge to handle BPO Projects. Worked on BOP, IT, Non-IT profiles

·Experience of Joining Formalities, Induction process.

·Effectively handling the entire documentation procedure and maintain the files.

·Should have valuable experience in Employee Engagement activates.

·Manage current hire onboarding in HRMS, understanding the HR functionalities.

·Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully.

Preferred candidate profile

·Need valuable communication skill, leading personality.

·Excellent in hiring
