Job Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding candidates. The role focuses on attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and fulfilling hiring requirements within defined timelines while supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Coordinate pre-employment verification and onboarding documentation.




Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment databases, ATS, and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and HR processes.
Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.

Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Maximum 8 years of relevant experience.
Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust knowledge of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies.
