Richmax Gold & Jewellery Private Limited is part of the Richmax Group, with a growing presence in the gold and jewellery business. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Job Summary The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance, reporting, and supervision of the accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting practices and preferably have experience in the gold, jewellery, retail, or similar industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank and general ledger transactions.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Monitor branch/office accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.
- Review and verify invoices, vouchers, expenses and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation and statutory requirements.
- Monitor GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.




- Assist in preparation of budgets, financial statements and management reports.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with management, branches and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Solid analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
- Gold & Jewellery
- Retail
- NBFC / Financial Services
- Trading
- Multi-branch organizations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
