- Role Description

- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online

- Strong understanding of bookkeeping & accounting principles

- Experience with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries & month-end closin





- Ability to prepare and analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements

- Good understanding of financial reporting and management reporting

- Strong knowledge of accounting reconciliations and financial data accuracy

- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to identify discrepancies and provide meaningful financial insights

- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently

- English language as well fluencyThe Accounting Supervisor is a full-time remote role responsibleties for operational and financial improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is an advantage.

- Prior supervisory experience in accounting or finance, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or a multi-entity environment.

- Solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work setting.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
