Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to manage the financial operations of our E-Commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, handling GST and TDS-related activities, reconciling marketplace transactions, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Prepare financial statements such as profit & Loss, Balance sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Monitor business expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile payment gateway transactions.
- Reconcile sales and settlements from eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Verify financial data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related filings.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.




- Generate e-invoices as per applicable regulations.
- Create and manage e-way bills for goods movement.
- Reconcile TCS collected by eCommerce operators.
- Track and claim TCS credits in GST returns.
- Maintain proper records of TCS deductions and credits.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience handling eCommerce accounting and marketplace reconciliations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or eCommerce Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience with eCommerce marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) will be preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
