Job Title: Accountant

Location: Gurgaon ( Sector 37 )

Experience Required: 1 - 2 Years

Salary Budget: 20,000 per monthly

Working Days - 6 days

Timing -9:00 am to 5:30pm

Salary Date: 7th of every month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Excel, along with a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Record financial transactions accurately in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain GST-related records and documentation.




- Assist with GST return preparation and related accounting work.
- Maintain accounting data and reports using MS Excel.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Track accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 - 2 years of experience in Accounting or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Tally.
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation-related documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle day-to-day accounts work independently.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce / B.com or equivalent qualification preferred
