Hotel Account Manager The Finance Controller serves as the sole overseer of all financial and accounting activities for the hotel, ensuring operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility. This critical role reports directly to senior leadership and supervises one store executive while monitoring broader hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and ledger reconciliations.
- Oversee daily operations, including store inventory, procurement, and compliance with financial policies; directly supervise the store executive to ensure accurate record-keeping and cost control.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and audits; identify cost-saving opportunities and support revenue growth strategies.
- Coordinate with department heads on budgeting, expense approvals, and operational financial needs to maintain profitability.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality accounting, with proven supervisory skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (IDS), GST compliance, and Indian financial regulations.

Essential Skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience handling a small team like a store executive.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational oversight; detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
- Superior communication skills for liaising with management, vendors, and staff; ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
