Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager.

The Account

Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating service delivery, tracking account performance, preparing reports, and conducting regular review meetings with clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation of account activities.

The Account





Manager will also support contract renewals, monitor project timelines, and proactively communicate risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, prepare performance reports, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software, video conferencing platforms).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address client issues promptly and coordinate effective solutions.
- Experience in account management, customer success, or client services, preferably in a services or consulting environment.
- Comfort working in a remote setting, with a proactive approach to communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
