Responsible for branch payment accounting, preparation of Related Party Transactions & Payroll accounting and statutory compliance.

Job Challenges: • Keep regulatory on the timely remittance of Statutory Payments well in advance
Timely collating of information from Group Companies & preparation of report to ABC & Statutory Auditors
Constantly following up with Group Companies for the Accuracy & reporting of numbers
Maintaining the Accuracy of the numbers is very key

Co-ordination with external auditors.KRA3MIS & Branch expensing• Preparation of Payroll, Stamp duty reconciliation in accordance with the format prescribed by the Auditors and share with external / internal auditors during LR, interim and Statutory Audit.
Accountable for branch expense accounting.
Preparation of MIS and share with internal stake holders.
