Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA – Finance or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records.
- Support monthly salary/payroll-related accounting entries.
- Maintain ledgers and assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
- Assist auditors during internal/statutory audits.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting software/ERP.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESI.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
Experience
- 0–2 Years: Freshers / Junior candidates with strong accounting knowledge can apply.
- 2–5 Years: Candidates with manufacturing/company accounting experience preferred.
