Location: Cochin
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the EdTech Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Achieve admission and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate lead and student records
- Coordinate with the academic and sales teams
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Education Counselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be an advantage
