We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) with solid exposure to the Construction Chemicals industry to manage key clients, drive business growth, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, builders, contractors, consultants, and project clients.
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets across assigned accounts.
Identify current business opportunities and develop key accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and project prospects.
Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations.
Requirements
Experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials preferred.
Robust Key Account Management / Project Sales exposure.
Good understanding of construction projects and customer networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Age: Up to 40 years.
No minimum experience criteria.
