Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, pumps, compressors, control panels, MCCs, DBs and other plant equipment.
Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, cables, switches, lighting systems and distribution equipment.
Carry out maintenance of LT panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, VFDs, contactors, relays, breakers and motor starters.
Conduct inspection and maintenance of electrical motors, including 3-phase induction motors.
Support electrical maintenance of process equipment, utility equipment and plant machinery.
Check electrical connections, cable termination, insulation and earthing systems.
Assist in electrical installation and commissioning of recent machinery/equipment.
Perform routine electrical inspections and identify potential electrical hazards.
Maintain electrical tools, instruments and maintenance records.
Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams.
