Key Responsibilities

1.Provide mechanical engineering support for local manufacturing operations.

2.Analyze mechanical issues affecting components and assemblies and propose effective solutions.

3.Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and external customers.

4.Review manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.

5.Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to improve product reliability.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2.At least three years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.

3.Solid problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.

4.Positive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

5.Based in India and familiar with local manufacturing practices.

6.Willingness to travel occasionally based on project requirements.
