IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Haryana. As a Relationship Manager-First Wealth, you will be responsible for managing and growing our first wealth portfolio in the Haryana region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential first wealth clients in Haryana
Understand clients' financial needs and provide them with suitable solutions and products offered by the bank
Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling various banking products and services
Act as a single point of contact for all first wealth clients and provide them with excellent customer service
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide financial advice to clients to help them achieve their financial goals
Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out job responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on wealth management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of financial products and services offered by the bank
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of local market and competition in Haryana is preferred
Relevant certifications such as CFP, CWM, or NISM will be an added advantage

Additional Parameters
Fluency in local language (Hindi) is a must
