Generate recent leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and market research.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, and OEMs.
Achieve monthly sales targets and handle quotations, negotiations, and order booking.
Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, Production, and Transporters for smooth order and delivery execution.
Follow up with customers for order status, payments, and outstanding dues.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
Maintain customer, sales, quotation, and payment records in Excel/CRM.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports including visits, leads, orders, and collections.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support overall business growth.
