Role: Oversee and implement safety protocols across interior project sites.
Responsibilities
Develop and enforce site safety plans, checklists and SOPs.
Conduct toolbox talks, audits, risk assessments and safety trainings.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client safety standards.
Monitor site activities, identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Maintain safety records, incident reports and documentation.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Safety Management (ADIS/NEBOSH preferred).
Experience in construction/interior fit-out industry.
Solid communication and site supervision ability.
