Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling: Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Career Guidance: Understand students' academic background, interests, strengths, and career goals and recommend suitable career pathways.
Lead Conversion: Handle enquiries, conduct counselling sessions, follow up with prospective students, and convert suitable leads into admissions.
Student Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly counselling, student-footfall, follow-up, and admission targets.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, leads, follow-ups, and admissions and coordinate with the internal team.
Promotional Activities: Participate in seminars, career events, education fairs, school/college visits, and other student outreach activities when required.
