Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative R&D; Head to lead our Research &
Development team in designing and developing advanced refrigeration products. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, improve existing systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient refrigeration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the R&D; department and oversee new product development.
Design and develop refrigeration systems, components, and technologies.
Improve product performance, energy efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct research on current materials, refrigerants, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with national and international safety and environmental standards.
Manage product testing, validation, and certification processes.
Prepare technical documentation, patents, and design specifications.
Lead, mentor, and develop the R&D; engineering team.
Drive continuous innovation and process improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Refrigeration &
Air Conditioning, or a related field.
12–18+ years of experience in refrigeration or HVAC product development.
Proven leadership experience managing R&D; teams.
Robust knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, refrigerants, and thermal engineering.
Experience with CAD software and product development processes.
Knowledge of BIS, ISO, CE, and other relevant industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
