Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent sales leads through fieldwork, calls, and referrals
Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements
Conduct site visits and explain property features and perks
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain solid relationships with clients and follow up regularly
Keep records of client interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
