Should have knowledge in MS-Excel for preparing the reports related to the daily activity and share to his TL for final reporting.
if the candidate having knowledge about service now (SNOW) ticketing system for generate and manage the ticket.
Candidate having knowledge about plant setting & plant safety that would be helpful for the candidate.
