Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure productive project execution.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, architects, and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent teamwork and project success.
Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines, addressing any issues promptly.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring that all financial aspects are in line with the initial projections.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with clients, suppliers,



and other stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and address any concerns.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to assess progress and ensure adherence to designs and specifications.

To be successful in this role, candidates need a degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with 2 to 8 years of experience in construction management. Robust leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of construction methods and legal regulations are also expected.
