Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Rajahmundry region. This is a replacement role focusing on driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in Rajahmundry.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and ensure targets are met.
Identify current business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.




Manage sales budget effectively and optimize resource allocation.
Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and engage with critical customers.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Rajahmundry market and customer base.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
