We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Delhi NCR. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, scheduling tasks, and allocating resources effectively to maintain work flow.
Site Supervision: Monitor the construction site daily, ensuring safety standards and quality control measures are strictly followed during operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project specifications are met and to address any issues that arise.
Material Management: Coordinate the procurement of materials and ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports on project progress, budget status, and any obstacles encountered to keep stakeholders informed.
Problem Solving: Identify any potential construction challenges and propose practical solutions that help keep projects on track.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture ( or ). Solid knowledge of construction methods and materials is essential. Positive communication skills are necessary to interact with team members and clients effectively. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using construction management software and tools. Robust analytical skills and attention to detail are expected to ensure quality in every aspect of the project.
