We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who understands content, trends, audience psychology, influencer collaborations, and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage day-to-day social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for daily content execution
Manage influencer collaborations, outreach, coordination, and campaign execution
Build engaging content calendars aligned with brand positioning and growth goals
Understand trends, reels, hooks, storytelling, and viral content formats
Track engagement, growth metrics, and campaign performance
Work closely with founders, doctors,



and marketing teams for content ideation
Ensure timely publishing, approvals, and platform management

What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in social media/content marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels, influencer marketing, and content strategy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and rapid-paced execution cycles
Basic understanding of Meta insights, social analytics, and content performance
Healthcare industry understanding is a plus
