Key Responsibilities:
Handling post-sales CRM
Payment Collection follow up
Customer follow-up.
Collection & Registration Reporting.
One-to-one client interaction for doubts / clarifications.
Possession handling.
Candidate's Profile:
The candidate should have positive communication skills.
Command on the English Language.
The candidate should be smart enough to give answers to all the questions of the customers.
Handle Post Sales Collection.
Note: Experience in Collection and Recovery.
