Knowledge of Hazardous material handling and MSDS
Prepare Mass Balance, Energy Balance for new projects.
Prepare Bar chart and ensure to match milestone dates.
Knowledge of basic engineering.
Conducting Risk Management studies like HAZOP for recent projects with help of PSM team.
Detailed engineering work
Equipment sizing calculations.
Excellent knowledge of equipment like Reactor/Reboiler/Dist Column/Heat Exchanger/Vacuum

Pump hydraulic calculations
Enquiry floating of equipment and technical clearance of equipment
Coordinate in Project commissioning.
Technical training and clarification of operations persons for projects
Prepare handover documents and do a smooth product transfer to Plant level.
Successful Validation of Product batch in plant
Participate / Lead & Conduct pre-start-up safety review for Projects.
