Speaking and understanding international clients requirements.
Preparing - Mapping down position specific competencies and KRAs in consultation with the client.
Use conventional online sourcing in conjunction with creative sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates as well as develop and maintain pipeline candidates.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
