Position: Marketing Manager – OEM Sales & Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead business
development, OEM sales and customer relationship management for our
Automotive / Truck business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive industry,
proven OEM exposure, excellent customer relationships and a demonstrated




track record of achieving sales and business-growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to grow the OEM business
in the Automotive / Commercial Vehicle / Truck segment.
Identify current OEM business opportunities and develop long-term
customer relationships.
Manage existing OEM accounts and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Drive current business acquisition and achieve agreed sales and revenue
targets.
Prepare and deliver annual business plans, sales forecasts and
market-development plans.
Develop strong relationships with OEM purchase, engineering, quality
and commercial teams.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to
deliver appropriate solutions.
Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D;, Engineering and other
internal teams to meet customer requirements.
Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and business proposals
with OEM customers.
