10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in observability/monitoring and 2+ years in AI/ML or AIOps.

Hands-on expertise with observability tools like Dynatrace, Dynatrace Grail, Grafana, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, Splunk, Big Panda, or Datadog.

Solid understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces, AIOps) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, EKS).

Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, and integrating observability into DevOps/CI-CD workflows.

Practical experience with GenAI frameworks/APIs such as OpenAI,



Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning model.

Experience with AI and Agentic AI - including how to leverage it both as product features (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive analytics) and as a productivity enhancer (e.g., AI copilots, automated documentation, CI/CD validation).

Experience integrating AI with observability or DevOps platforms, leveraging automation and intelligent alerting for RCA and performance optimization.
