Job Description:
Category & Business Management
Manage end-to-end perfume category operations including planning, buying, assortment,
pricing, and promotions.
Drive category sales, margin, sell-through, and inventory efficiency.
Develop seasonal and annual category strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify business growth opportunities through recent brands, product launches, and
market trends.
Monitor category-wise performance through MIS, reports, and analytics.
Brand & Vendor Management
Handle relationships with perfume brands, distributors, and suppliers.
Negotiate commercial terms, margins, marketing support, and inventory planning.
Ensure timely procurement and replenishment to avoid stock gaps.
Collaborate with brands for exclusive launches, promotions, and visibility plans.
Assortment & Inventory Planning
Curate product assortment based on customer preferences, market trends, and sales
data.
Analyze rapid-moving,



slow-moving, and non-performing SKUs.
Maintain optimum inventory levels and improve stock rotation.
Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams for stock availability.
Market & Trend Analysis
Track fragrance trends, luxury retail movements, customer buying behavior, and
competitor activities.
Conduct market benchmarking on pricing, product mix, and promotions.
Identify emerging local and international perfume brands for category expansion.
Cross Functional Coordination
Coordinate with marketing, VM, ecommerce, operations, and retail teams for category
execution.
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
Ensure proper product placement, merchandising standards, and brand visibility.
