XG Labs is looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team in Mangadu, Chennai.

This is not a role limited to editing. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and creative team, travel for shoots when required, help capture content, and take projects from shoot to final edit.

What you’ll do
Edit reels, advertisements, brand videos, and social media content
Work with the Creative Director to execute video concepts
Shoot content alongside the creative team
Travel for shoots when required
Manage footage and take videos from raw footage to final delivery
Experiment with creative editing styles, pacing, transitions, motion graphics, and storytelling

What we’re looking for
Strong video editing skills and a good sense of visual storytelling
Skilled editing software experience is mandatory
Mobile-only editors will not be considered
Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics
Understanding of professional colour correction and colour grading




Basic knowledge of camera handling and shooting
Positive understanding of social media content and formats
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Willingness to travel for shoots with the creative team
Must have your own laptop/device capable of handling professional video editing software

Compensation & Growth
Training period: 3 months
Training stipend: ₹12,000/month
Full time CTC after successful completion: ₹3 LPA
Performance-based salary hikes and growth opportunities

Shoot & Travel The company will provide the required camera and production equipment for shoots. Travel and TBA expenses during official shoots will be taken care of by the company.
