We are looking for a Field Service Engineer that will adapt to the Service Delivery function set here in GBA

We cannot stress enough the importance of this function for our customers, so we are looking forward to a seasoned Service qualified who can make a lasting positive impact in the following areas:
To perform the activities with maximum Efficiency to meet predefined targets
Maximize the Number of jobs attended per Day and utilize the maximum working hours while maintaining customer loyalty
Ensure that maximum leads are generated through the cross-selling program and timely communication of promo offers
To engage with the customers and have good communication customer handling skills to meet customer satisfaction scores
To develop competencies for new instrument portfolios by self-learning and initiative or training
Taking ownership and showing flexibility to the organizational needs

The Profile | Skills and Attitude

We are looking for a Service professional who is willing to develop his/her career in the fast-growing Service business and expect to have minimum of the below:
Experience in the relevant field job up to 5 Years




Experience in handling Installations of GC Analyzers in Oil Gas Companies
Experience in handling Minor Breakdowns in GC Analyzers
Basic knowledge on Special Detectors like FPD, FD-HID, SCD
Problem Solving skills
Good in Internal and External Communication
UAE Drivers license would be preferred but is not compulsory
