We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Nurse III to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
Conduct regular patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
Develop and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Robust knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with electronic health records and other healthcare software.
