RidenRepair is a quick-growing vehicle service platform connecting customers with trusted mechanics for repair and maintenance services. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Booking Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
Book and schedule vehicle service appointments.
Coordinate with mechanics and service partners for timely service allocation.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
Ensure a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
Achieve daily call and booking targets.
Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).
Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, and CRM is an advantage).
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
