Position: Relationship Associate
Channel: Axis Bancassurance
Location: Multiple Locations
CTC: Up to 4.0 LPA
Age Criteria: Up to 32 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with Axis Bank branch staff and customers.
Generate life insurance business through the assigned Axis Bank branches.
Identify customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings and assist in policy closures.
Ensure high levels of customer service and post-sales support.
Coordinate with bank stakeholders to drive insurance business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or Sales.
Age: Up to 32 years.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.




Presentable personality with customer-facing experience.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-centric approach.

Salary: Up to 4.0 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
