revenue and profitability .Strong understanding of IT recruitment and staffing operations.Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.Key Responsibilities:Act as the SPOC for assigned strategic accounts and build strong client relationships.Manage end-to-end staffing delivery and ensure achievement of agreed SLAs.Work closely with recruitment teams to drive fulfilment and improve submission-to-joining ratios.Track requirements, pipeline, closures and onboarding performance.Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.Conduct regular account governance and performance reviews.Identify opportunities for account expansion and business growth.Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
