Corporation, an established manufacturer ofRailway Track Components, is looking for an experiencedBusiness Development Managerto expand our institutional and EPC business across India.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage business relationships withRailway EPC contractors, P-Way contractors, railway infrastructure companies and project developers .Generate enquiries and convert them into orders forERC Mk-V, Railway Pads, HVN/GFN Liners, GRSP, Sole Plates and other track components .Identify upcoming railway infrastructure projects and proactively develop business opportunities.Establish solid relationships withProcurement, Purchase, Projects, P-Way and Commercial teams .Lead the complete business development cycle—from lead generation and enquiry management to negotiation and order closure.Develop strategic, long-term customer relationships and expand the company's institutional customer base.Candidate Profile5+ years of relevant experiencein Railway EPC, P-Way, railway track components,



railway fastenings or related infrastructure products.Proven experience inB2B/institutional sales and order generation .Robust existing network withRailway EPC/track contractors and procurement decision-makers .Good understanding ofRDSO specifications, railway procurement processes and track components .Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.Willingness to travel extensively across India.Preferred CandidatesWe are particularly interested in professionals who canopen doors, develop genuine contractor relationships and independently generate business, rather than candidates focused only on lead generation.Candidates with anestablished network of Railway EPC/P-Way contractors and a demonstrated ability to generate and close orders independentlywill be strongly preferred.Compensation:Competitive fixed salary + performance-linked incentives
